# Borehole Drilling and Water Compliance for Cape Winelands Wine Farms

South Africa's wine industry competes in some of the most demanding export markets in the world. European buyers, UK retailers, and premium hospitality customers all operate within supply chain frameworks that require documented, auditable food safety compliance at the production source, including the water used in production, cleaning, and irrigation.
