Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iWater Management website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. iWater Management (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African company providing water infrastructure, treatment, and fire protection services.
2. Services
iWater Management provides borehole drilling, water treatment, solar-powered water systems, containerized treatment plants, modular steel tanks, monitoring and compliance, and water & fire protection services. All services are subject to site assessment, feasibility studies, and written agreement between the parties. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3. Site Assessments
Free site assessments are offered at iWater Management's discretion. The assessment provides preliminary recommendations and does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of results. Detailed proposals and pricing are provided following the assessment and are subject to further geological or technical investigation.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are as outlined in the project-specific agreement. A deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing prime lending rate plus 2%.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors including weather, geological conditions, permit approvals, and material availability. iWater Management will communicate any material delays promptly and work to minimise disruption.
6. Warranties & Guarantees
Workmanship warranties are provided as specified in individual project agreements. Equipment warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Borehole yield guarantees are subject to geological conditions and are detailed in the project proposal. All warranties are void if equipment is tampered with, improperly maintained, or operated outside specified parameters.
7. Limitation of Liability
iWater Management's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, loss of profit, or business interruption. Natural groundwater variations, drought conditions, and geological factors beyond our control do not constitute grounds for liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and technical documentation, is the property of iWater Management and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
11. Changes to Terms
iWater Management reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
